Time to recap 2022, where do we stand and what awaits
One full month in the new year – perfect time to recap 2022.
Firm strategy and previous successful decisions helped us continuously provide high value for our customers from design up to fully assembled machinery and equipment.
Back in 2021 October we have made an acquisition of Turula Engineering Oy to strengthen our international position, increase capacity and capabilities with heavy welding, machining and lifting.
Despite difficult circumstances 2022 ended with a combined turnover growth of 36% from 2021. Our total staff count also grew by almost 20%.
During the year we actively co-operated between our Lithuanian and Finnish teams, which builds common know-how across the company. Investments were made not only to the factories itself, but also the complimentary production equipment such as stationary lifting devices, forklifts, new welding equipment and despite order value and company growth we have kept high On time delivery and Quality performance.
Clear strategy for remaining a trusted technological machinery partner includes strengthening of our inner co-operation, further investments to capacity and capabilities.
– We will open the first stage of the new factory in Panevėžys (Lithuania) by the end of the year. Together with current 50 employees and machinery at this location there will be further recruitment and investments made to new facility. Panevėžys factory will be built in three stages, each being 5000 m2 of production area.
– We will continue to diversify customer portfolio in Turula factory to keep a steady inflow of orders therefore keeping a neatly planned production schedule. Stability and good planning allows to offer flexibility and shorter lead times in certain customer cases.
– Quality and On time delivery will continue to be our highest priority. Throughout the whole company and across 3 manufacturing locations we will continue to optimize our inner processes to avoid mistakes and show great performance.
